I am a Leader of the Advisory Division for Grant Thornton and responsible for management and coordination of the advisory assignments, locally and internatioanly, helping corporates, banks, private equity houses and other investors achieve their strategic ambitions. With over 18 years of experience, I have been leading a number of landmark transactions in the Balkans in connection with privatizations, buy-ins and buy-outs, mergers, acquisitions, public private partnerships, operational and finacial restructuring and advisory work in public and private company situations and flotation. I have a keen interest in constant self-development and work closely with a number of individuals within Grant Thornton helping them to advance their skills and careers.
