Slavco Filipcev is CEO/Managing, also in charge for the Advisory Services and coordination of the international assignments, domestic and abroad. A Harvard Executive Business School Graduate, with over 26 years of experience, he has been leading a number of complex advisory projects in the Balkans, and has worked with and led many international teams at the strategic and operational levels.
He is Certified Appraiser and Certified Accountant, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Governors of Grant Thornton International and as Independet Member of the Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exhange.
With his experience in valuations, project finance and corporate finance, Slavco is renowned for being the leading dealmaker in the Western Balkans and has specialised in assets and business valuations, due diligence assignments in connection with buy-ins and buy-outs, acquisitions, public private partnerships, financial modelling, recovery, reorganizations, fund and finacing structuring, advisory work in public and private company situations and flotation. He has been instrumental in developing innovative solutions and structures to enable clients expectations to be met.
